Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any delays or losses arising from customs clearance, quarantine inspections, biosecurity regulations, or other shipping-related issues. All products are imported into Australia in full compliance with all applicable federal laws and regulations, including those set by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and the Australian Border Force.
We are committed to supplying products that meet the food safety and quality standards of Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). In the event of a product recall, we will act in accordance with Australian consumer law to notify affected customers and facilitate the return or disposal of the implicated products. We will provide a refund or exchange for food products that are defective, spoiled, or not fit for their intended purpose upon delivery. We do not provide refunds for change of mind. This means they must be safe, lasting, and free from defects. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
